What are the delivery times on my product?
Delivery times will vary depending on the product purchased and your location. All GLB Shop items are dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery times will vary however as a general guide UK customers can expect their items to arrive within 4 working days from dispatch. Those customers located in Europe should receive goods within 5-10 days from dispatch, and international customers should receive goods within 14 days of dispatch.
What are the delivery times on items other than those in the GLB Shop?
Items in the real parts section, pre-owned parts section, and software categories may take slightly longer to dispatch. These items may need to be organised with a third party that may hold them, or we may need to fabricate special boxes, crates and packaging. As a general guide all other products are generally dispatched within 7 working days, and should arrive on a similar delivery schedule to the GLB Shop items once dispatched.
Do you have a newsletter I can subscribe to?
We do not have a newsletter, but we have a facebook page where you are able to keep up to date with our latest developments as well as receiving exclusive special offers and updates. We always say to our customers the best way not to miss out on any deals is to monitor GLB Flight Products on a regular routine basis.
I have an urgent requirement for part(s) please can I upgrade my shipping option to a faster courier service?
We are happy to seek a quotation from our shipping partners for a next day delivery service after dispatch. This will be handled on a case by case basis, so please do contact us if this is something you require and we will be pleased to help.
Do you have a contact number?
The majority of our customers choose to email us either through our contact forms on site, directly to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org, or on a product page if they have a query on a particular item. If you feel your query would be best handled by speaking to us directly our direct contact number is: 0844 995 1489. We can also arrange a skype or zoom conference if necessary.
Do you have a tracking number for my shipment?
All our order are sent tracked, and a copy of the tracking number and the shipment carrier will be provided to you by our automated systems once the parcel has been scanned at dispatch.
Can I trade in my unwanted items for any item(s) at GLB Flight Products?
Yes! We will consider all aviation related items, particularly if they suit our existing categories (Pre Owned Sim Parts, Flight Software, and Real Aircraft Parts) please do not hesitate to get in touch with us by using the online trade in form to let us know what you have for trade. The form takes less than a minute to complete and we encourage you to upload a photo at the end of the form as requested. We normally respond within 48 hours will a cash price (funds transferred via paypal) and a trade in price for any items at GLB Flight Products. We can arrange an immediate exchange if you have already seen the item you would like to trade. Alternatively we can produce a gift card for redemption at a later date.
Do GLB Flight Products attend any public events?
We attend a number of events in the UK and Europe. Our popular scheduled events include the worlds largest flight simulator weekend in Lelystad, The Netherlands. We also attend The Flight Simulator Day at Cosford, United Kingdom, and the TAS Aviation Fair at Manchester, United Kingdom. We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and we find these events hugely beneficial to all. If you would like us to attend one of your events or occasions for a presentation, display or social meet please contact us.
Which payment methods do you offer?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, and also Paypal on site, we can also accept direct bank transfer and cheques with prior contact. All orders must be paid for in advance of being dispatched.
Can you post to me?
We send all our products worldwide. However, some larger items may require surplus charges due to their size and/or shape. You can specify your location category when ordering which will apply the relevant postage and packing charges.
I would like to add or remove products from my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, this is no problem. Please contact us as soon as possible prior to dispatch and we will ensure the relevant items are added or removed as required. A surplus shipping fee, or partial shipping refund will be agreed pro rata.
Are there any forms I have to fill in before I can place an order?
We are one of the most transparent and efficient websites, in that our pricing structure is clear and transparent and an order can be made straight away without specific disclosure of personal details other than your shipping address. There is no need to register and all products can be ordered online without assistance.
I do not have any assembly or working instructions for my product?
If instructions are neccessary, they are provided for you online. Please navigate to the product you purchased and underneath the price select 'Product Data Sheet' This will provide the setup/assembly instructions you need.
I can't find what I am looking for, can you help?
We have a number of items in stock which may not be available online. This may be because they have not been allocated a product number yet, or are in process of restoration. Therefore if you cannot find an item you are looking for you should contact us to register your interest. Commercial customers may register on our internal sourcing database and you will be contacted if your item comes into stock.
Can I claim back VAT on my order?
You will not be able to claim back any VAT on your order, because GLB Flight Products does not charge VAT on its products. We are not obliged to register to charge VAT in the U.K, and therefore you will not be able to claim back money which was not added.
