This type of compass is found on a variety of light aircraft. This unit is black and is usually found on top of the main instrument panel or under the overhead panel section depending on aircraft type. This unit has been designed to be configurable with any stepper motor calibration software (eg. Mobiflight or similar - Mobiflight instructions shown in 'product data sheet' - below price on this page ) and the motor and card is included in the unit so the item is ready to install and calibrate.

The replica standby / wet compass is made to suit the Boeing 737NG and is compatible with other Boeing variants. The standby / wet compass is used within the cockpit as a backup navigational display to indicate heading and is found centrally at the bottom of the overhead panel.
