This panel was used via our film prop rental service, and was believed to be used during some of the scenes of Star Wars. Unfortunately we have no provenance of this, or in fact if any scenes made it to the final cut.

This landing gear panel is made by Sismo, and includes a backlighting assembly which needs to be mounted behind the panel. The unit has not been tested, but appears in 'as new' condition.

Using its programmable pushbutton, a single GF-46 unit can be used to control all cockpit functions while in flight. Mode selection on the GF-46 can be controlled using GoFlight's GF-P8 and GF-RP48 modules when the GF-46 is operated in combination with those modules. Dual concentric rotary encoders provide realistic tuning of radio frequencies when used in avionics modes. Multiple GF-46 units can simultaneously display and control a large amount of cockpit information. Software Compatibility: All Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 (FS9) and FSX: default and add-on aircraft. All X-Plane (excluding Mobile version) and Project Magenta software modules. The functions assigned to each configurable element are configured using GoFlight's GFConfig software (go to the current version by clicking here). Dimensions: 2" tall, 7.25" wide, 3" back clearance. The mounting hole centres are 0.5" down from the top edge of the panel, 6.75" apart, and 0.25" from the left & right edges of the panel. The GF-46 requires 2" of vertical space in a GoFlight module bay, and is compatible with all GoFlight cockpit module enclosures. For mounting in custom cockpits, allow 3" of depth behind your panel.

Here is a pair of home built Boeing style rudder panels, intended to be interfaced with your flight simulator. 

The units are made from metal, with some wiring already in place, though this may need to be upgraded. The pedals work on a central rotational axis for rudder input. There is also option to add toe brakes, and some switches are present in the top of the pedals to enable this.

These pedals are not plug and play, and will require a degree of care to restore them to functional rudder pedals and new electronics will need to be connected to an input card to interface with your flight simulator.

These home built pedals offer an ideal opportunity for realistic rudder pedals for both sides of the cockpit, at a low price.
