This time control panel is an extremely rare unit and we cannot be certain of its reason for installation other than to record the time elapsed as the unit would function similarlar to a clock. 

The unit has not been tested, however is assumed may still offer functionality. The panel has a pinout allowing reconnection/restoration of all/part but this is at your own risk.

This panel could easily be incorporated into any aircraft simulator, and would be a real talking point amongst other pilots.
