Gables Engineering Boeing 737 Audio control panel. As found in most Boeing commercial airlines including the 737NG.

The panel is in very good condition, and is an ideal addition to the pedestal or engineer section of your flight simulator.

The panel features a number of rare audio control knobs as pictured. The panel is used to control communications and volume from the cockpit. 

The rear panel's pinout is in good order however if you wish to restore the panel you would need to carry out your own research and any work to restore the panel to part/fully functional is at your own risk.
