Here is a cockpit seat in its most basic frame form. This seat comprises only the bare frame, and because of this it is being sold at a big reduction - but would be an ideal starting point if you are building your own cockpit pilot seat! You would need to make your own cushions and upholstery but otherwise would save lots of time and cost replicating a seat frame. If you have the time and the passion to restore this pilot seat this may be a bargain for you. The seat has some functionality using the controls on the seat. This seat would suit a flight simulator as it has the seat centre cutout for yoke control movement.
